Victor Harris, Big Chief of the Spirit of Fi Yi Yi and the Mandingo Warriors wearing his "Bumpy Blue" suit. “Bumpy Blue” was a nickname of Collins "Coach" Lewis. Lewis was a member of the Spirit of Fi-Yi-Yi and the Mandingo Warriors from its beginning in 1984. He served as a cultural historian, musician, and premier sewer of Black masking Indian suits.
